Muffin Raspberry Cream of pumpkin, chestnuts and pancetta

The pumpkin soup was made, and waiting to be consumed in the Staub cocotte of . Before dinner, sailing here and there, I came across a tasty variation Cavoletto and so, since I had all the ingredients at home, I decided to increase my staff with a modification (addition of bacon). Pumpkin soup with chestnuts and bacon. Good and especially of the season. Usually the cream of pumpkin soup garnished with a fresh goat cheese, pepper from Madagascar and a little oil, but I really enjoyed this version. For simplicity, I refer you and trust here, of course thanking Sigrid. The base is there, then everyone can add the ingredient that most loves and / or fits in with the others. Bon appetit!
