Golosaria is a festival of culture and taste brought by the Papillon Club. An event in which the spotlight on the best artisan producers in Italy, selected from the book Golosario Paolo Massobrio. These have been meeting every autumn in Milan and Turin and in Spring in the Monferrato and Mantua, to showcase the many culinary excellence of which Italy is rich.
